Heated WipersDon't let ice and snow buildup slow you down this winter. Northland Heated Windshield Wipers maintain a minimum 50°F temperature at -60°F to +100°F over the entire length of the wiper without using thermostats or other external devices. More information. |
CarriersCustom engineered from PTFE, these SEMI standard wafer and mask carriers feature customer specified flow-thru slots and configurations to accommodate wafers through 300mm. Capable of withstanding ultrasonic cleaning, prebake operations and other wafer and substrate processes, they are chemically inert and operate from -400°F to +450°F. More information. |
Wet Process 300mm CarriersA seamless one-piece PTFE wet process 300 mm wafer carrier that fits inside dry transport systems to minimize handling throughout production and transfer operations. The Northland Wet Process 300 MM Wafer Carrier features seamless one-piece PTFE construction with high front and back walls for maximum wafer protection and open slots for optimum flow-thru. SEMI standard design minimizes wafer handling throughout production and transfer operations. Northland Wet Process 300 MM Wafer Carriers can be molded and machined to customer specifications and are capable of withstanding ultrasonic cleaning, prebake operations and related processes. Chemically inert, they exhibit a <0.01 H20 absorption rate over 24 hours, can operate from -450ºF to +500ºF and their inherent low coefficient of friction virtually eliminates particle shedding. The Northland Wet Process 300 MM Wafer Carrier is fabricated to customer requirements with 8 to 12 weeks typical delivery. |

TanksFeaturing one-piece molded construction, these tanks come in a variety of standard or custom engineered sizes and are designed for handling concentrated and/or heated acids, alkalis, solvents, paints, and other corrosive media. Then can fit into the sink recess of laminar flow stations. More information. |
SealsCustom molded and/or machined in sizes from 1/2" to 60" dia. with close tolerances, we can produce valve seals and seats, rotary shaft seals, face seals, dynamic seals, and static seals in a variety of shapes and styles including V-ring, cup seals and lip seals. |
Magnets and Targets, Fully Encapsulated in
PTFENorthland PTFE Encapsulated Magnets and Targets are custom engineered to be fully encapsulated in PTFE to prevent them from being exposed to corrosives or other media. They feature seamless, one-piece construction to protect them from exposure to potentially contaminating media or corrosives. Fabricated to customer specifications, these encapsulated magnets and targets can incorporate multidiameter surfaces, center holes, and multiple vane construction to coincide with fluid flows. Featuring small sizes ranging from 1/4 dia. x 3/8 long, Northland PTFE Encapsulated Magnets and Targets can be precisely positioned and covered with only .015 PTFE, making them ideal for use in precision equipment. Applications include metering devices, laboratory and medical equipment, and semiconductor processing equipment exposed to highly corrosive fluids. Northland PTFE Encapsulated Magnets and Targets are priced according to size, customer design requirements, and quantity. |
DiaphragmsTypically made from virgin PTFE, diaphragms can be custom thermoformed in flat, convex or concave, and corrugated shapes in sizes up to 12" dia. They can be fabricated with elastomer backings for greater strength, or a combination of both, depending upon your specific requirements. More information. |
Brake PadsCustom engineered from virgin PTFE and PTFE resins with fiberglass and coloration fillers epoxied or mechanically joined to metal backings, these brake pads stop the annoying squeal associated with conventional thermoset resin pads and will last up to 10 times longer. Offered in cylindrical and flat shapes or as flat segments, they are ideal for press brakes and other tensioning devices. More information. |
Hy-Load BearingsThis proprietary line of bearings features PTFE liners, formulated for specific applications, mechanically joined with perforated metal backings and can be custom fabricated in cylindrical and flat shapes. Ideal for low-speed, high-load applications in corrosive environments, their split construction permits circumferential rather than radial expansion. More information. |
Machined PartsFeaturing complex shapes, multi-diameter surfaces, precise hole locations, and dimensional tolerances to .005", these machined parts can be custom engineered from Acetal, PE-TFE, CTFE, FEP, PFA, PTFE, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyimide, PEEK, UHMW-PE, and a variety of other engineering plastics in sizes from 1/2" to 60" dia. |
